​    Welcome to my site! I am primarily a quilter who loves fabric in all its forms. I've been following this path for many years now and I'm constantly learning and moving forward. I love colour, and geometric patterns of all kinds offer me a never-ending challenge which makes my heart sing. 
   
             Working with fabrics and threads allows me to express myself in a way I have not found possible with any other media. I'm passionate about fabrics and make my own, beginning with a white fabric, or I buy commercial fabrics that attract me. I have no problems with mixing the fabrics I create with those created by other artists working for commercial companies; to me it is all fabric and it simply has to fulfil the criteria for the piece I'm creating. I paint, thermofax, dye, stamp and monoprint my fabric, I make marks, and let my imagination flow.

            I make mainly art quilts; that is, quilts to hang on the wall. You can put them on your bed if you want but they were created to be hung as a painting hangs.
